Returns and refunds

At Kovr Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please carefully read the following return and refund policy:

1. Return Conditions
   The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and hangtags must be intact.

2. Return Process
   Please send an email to our customer service center within 30 days of receiving the item, explaining your reason for returning it.

Customer service will provide you with return authorization and a return address to ensure your return request is processed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above return conditions, you will receive a refund within 7 to 10 business days.

The refund will be processed according to your original payment method and may be delayed depending on the processing time of your bank or payment institution.

4. Fee Explanation

If a discount was applied, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to product defects or incorrect shipment.
